Guys I dont know how true this is. I got it through email. Please check it out. This is for Canadians entering US and going back to Canada

FRIENDS THAT DO - A Warning to Cross Border Shoppers

A lady was driving back from shopping on Eureka Road with her sister and
children, and noticed that the same car had been following them for a
while. The car continued to follow them all the way back to the bridge, and
even queued up behind them in line for Customs. Luckily, she was on the
ball. When she pulled! up to t he customs officer she mentioned to them that
the car behind them had been following them the entire trip from the
shopping mall. The Clerk told her that she was going to have them pull in
for inspection, and that she was going to pull this other car in as well.
So here is the deal. When the inspectors looked in and around her car, they
found that drugs had been stuffed into the undercarriage. The inspectors
told her that this is happening more often. The drug dealers find a vehicle
with Ontario plates parked at the mall, they stash the drugs and stake out
the vehicle. They follow the car across the border and retrieve the drugs
as soon as the car is left
alone. If the car is stopped at the border, it’s someone else who is
arrested. This is not a joke. Please pass this on to anyone you feel will
benefit.

I have quite a few friends who live in Canada but need to travel to the US for work and personal trips. I would warn them if I knew it was true.

Can some one in canada call to verify at the number above?

I'm in Toronto but I know that area (Chatham-Kent).... it's near the border city of Windsor.. across the river from Detroit.. and I guess the bridge being talked about is the Ambassador bridge.. although most people use a tunnel between Windsor downtown and Detroit.. Anyway, the Area code for Chatham-Kent is (519)

I apologize, I did not call the number. I live in USA, not in Canada. This could very well be a hoax because as you said that area code is not given.

I lived in Detroit and there is big flee market/Shopping mall at Eureka Road (as mentoined in the post).

I just called the number 519 436 6600 ext 87174. It belongs to the said constable. And on his voicemail he has left this message:
"If you are calling in regards to an email mentioning drug trafficing and the story.......blah blah blah...then please delete the email and do not forward it. It has no validity and was somehow falsely created with my signature at the bottom. If you have further questions please leave a message"
