What choice of fabrics are available for men in winter wear, in Pakistan?
I mostly saw pure cotton, but I need to know other then that please , if anyone here can help?

You can always opt for branded fabrics like lawrencepur or dynasty (There might be others but i never bought any). I don't exactly know what is the exact composition of their fabric but made quite a few clothes from these with no complaints.
