Ch Nisar says no operation underway in FATA at the moment. So these are retaliatory strikes, may the government develop guts to launch the much touted operation in NWA.

I have said it before, military only becomes active or reacts when members of its organization are killed by enemy. When US/NATO killed some troops on the border military forced blockade of NATO supplies. When Taliban kill some members of army they launch a missile or two towards them. Let the civilians die at the hands of any enemy and army will smoke a cigar watching the movie.
