The law itself is the problem. I’ve observed that people in power have a thorough understanding of the legal intricacies of their states. They trap an individual into a murky situation first, get the individual to react, kill that individual by over reacting on purpose while doing so, and finally conveniently get away with murder. Hardly 10% of such incidents are recorded on camera. There are so many proverbial George Zimmerman’s out there.
As far as the George Floyd case is concerned, I do not think any of the 4 police officers will be in prison for long. The MN state law clearly allows for the knee to neck hold. I was listening to the uncle of George Floyd who said that the police officer’s proud body language suggested as if he had hunted down an animal. Anyway, George Floyd was lucky that his tragedy was recorded on camera with voice so people at least are learning about him, his life, and his family. Otherwise, he too would have become just another statistic as many already have.
I saw this white guy right outside the big mosque in Washington DC, within walking distance from the White House. I was with my family going into the mosque when this white guy started cursing us and the prophet (saw). I gave him an angry look and thought to slap him but didn’t want to get into trouble. I complained to the mosque administration right away , and the administration told me that they, along with many other visitors to the mosque, have complained about him to the police many times but the police does nothing. I suspected him to be a police informer. I’m sure though, had I physically attacked that white man, I would have gone to jail at best and shot at worst. Unfortunately that is how crazy the laws are, and how they are used to entrap minorities. Home of the free, my foot !
Nothing will happen. Literally nothing. Thats how this society is designed. Just wait for white supremacists to start rallying again. They have got the power, and their authority is sitting inside WH to back them up.
Overall even if you think as a completely nuetral person, Trump has damaged USA faar more than anyone could imagine. Give him four more years and I can bet US will be on its knees by the end

Chaos, war, ruin, looting and dictatorship to name a few things… question is who will gain by this manufactured chaos. To have an idea, one should look at where the $$$ is going. US has been the devil for quite a while now, perhaps devil has decided to create havoc on own soil, out of desperation.
They tried to use Corona circus to fool public but people are starting to ask questions, now this sad but fishy incident has diverted attention from Corona to BLM and one can only wonder what certain groups want to achieve.
If there weren’t so many videos of people being hit, shot and killed by those who should be protecting them, it would be hard to believe that this is happening all over the US, the land of the free and home of the brave yawn. There are videos which show that bricks are being placed in places where protests are being held and that supposedly people from other parts of US are traveling to these protests to create chaos in response to ads looking for crisis actors.
I don’t know what drama is left, we still have a couple of months to go before Nov is here.
Almost all Walmarts, Targets, etc. have closed down in many places. It just adds to the numbers of unemployed, that is, more frustration. Also the news from the legal teams on both sides are suggesting that all police officers involved in George Floyd's death will be acquitted.

This is crazy… while i don’t have any interesting to add to.. the conversation about the police because they are simply murderers in uniform. Not all of course..but cops like him. But apart from the discussion about the murder of George Floyd. But i have a curiosity about the riots.
Imagining my local police had brutally murdered someone here, I find no motive in myself to go target some random business in town. I just don’t understand what’s going on in the minds of people who attack local businesses etc that have nothing to do with the events they’re angry about…
Not really. All Walmarts and Targets are still opened and functioning normally though observing strict SOPs in Philadelphia, areas of Pennsylvania state.
As I always tell everyone, there are usually two groups when the protesters hit the road. One is the legit protester based on the ideology of civil rights violation that they are there for. The other is the opportunists. Ofcourse they’ll luv to take whatever comes handy.
In some of the looting the rioters were not even actually protesters. But when the mall doors broke, they came in cars, left the car unattended at road and ran inside to grab whatever came handy.
Its the same mentality that applies anywhere in the world

Lets not overhype the civil war in America. Things were much worse in the sixties and seventies with anti-vietnam protests, drug addicts, hippies, racists in the South avoiding integration and then bombing black churches and businesses along with Black Panthers arming up.
The bigger danger now is the Idiot-in-Chief. Blacks in the South fucked us all by anointing Biden when one of the governors could have been better. Heck, I was rooting for Andrew Yang and I am surprised that he got so little support.
He was ahead of his time with his political ideas. I know that they aren’t “new” but he was the first to bring them in mainstream. I still remember the cackles of Buttigieg (talk about an empty suit literally :lol:) and Kamala when Yang was talking about his UBI in his debate introduction last year. This is now the same Kamala who now has seen the light and wants UBI implemented ASAP for not $1,200 but $2,000 dollars per month.
Warren had some good ideas like forcing companies to manufacture in the US if they are using american government sponsored R&D. She took the hit on Medicare for All and lost everyone when she decided to do an Obamacare version as her new plan. Bernie should have taken the hit but then the old fart is history since he couldn’t take on Biden. The left really needs an Obama of their own. I was ok with Warren but she could’ve been hit for pocahantas and her left of center positions though she did reverse them later on hypocritically. She made fun of wine cave Pete but held fundraisers at the end and is now hosting them again for Biden.
