I dont think there is any revolt, but wait for the tournament to be over. If they lose this one and put up a bad performance in the ICC tournament then Waqar's captaincy might be under threat. Playing well and losing is one thing surrendering like here, is something else and thats where the captain has to take blame. But the same thing happened in Australia where Paksitan lost the first match badly and then went to win the tournament. So lets wait till the tournament is over.

Waqar was right in Sending Youhana back. Youhana is a good (best in the Team right now) batsman - but it doesn't mean he can skip training and act like that. Look at Shoaib - After the success in Australia he thought Pakistan Team can't win without him and he took team management for a ride. We can see what happened to his bowling after his return into the team.
Some words for the Pak Team management also - Why is Saqi playing for Surrey and not for pakistan Team ? One bad performance and he was out of favour in Morocco ( In Kenya he was out because PCB had shoaib to rely on) . People seem to have short memory - He has won countless matches for Pakistan in both forms of game, Isn't he supposed to have a bad day ?? Same Saqi is doing wonders in County. Saqi deserves much better treatment than that.
If PCB singles out Waqar removes him as Captain - Then Pakistan's dream of winning the world cup in SA will remain a dream.

Its works the same way Asif when one retains the captain as captain even if he is performing bad but the team is winning. Biggest example Ganguly (well yeah now he is getting his touch no doubt).
Some times its not only performance that matters biggest thing is team sprit as i said in my other post (hope i m wrong) but things not seems all good in Pakistani team ..Saqi is out (look at his performance in county he is ONLY out coz of waqar) , Youhana is out (PCB chair man said team management BLOW UP the matter it was not this big of a matter. youhana's side story is that he had a injured sholder thats why he denied to practice), Inzamam is OUT (God knows if he is injured or what).
Some thing always happend IN pakistan team when big even is near (specially world cup). Well IF something happens now i m seeing Miandad as coach again and Razzaq or Inzemam as captain but i am not in a favor of any change right now. We better be backing the management (well waqar and mudassar need to get chitrool from Gen. Sahab)
For arguments sake, if Waqar is removed from the captaincy, then imho, wehther we like it or not, only Wasim Akram can command the respect of the team. The only other person that maybe able to do the job well, is not even in the team and don't know what his form is like. That person is Moin Khan.

Asif_K, I agree with what you are saying. A match winner cannot be discarded after a few bad performances. Look at Shane Warne, Indians and Sri Lankans absolutely hammered him, yet the Aussies persevered with him. I am not for one minute saying Saqi is in the same league as Warne, but I am sure people get the point.
Can someone correct me if I am wrong, did the management not say Saqi had family problems?. If that was the case, what was he doing playing for Surrey as soon he left Morocco?
BW - That's the reason why there is a Cricket Board. the Board's job is not only to select players for a particular tournament but also to sort their problems out.
About YOYO - I dont think Waqar is responsible for his behaviour. YOYO had similar fight with the Team Trainer in Morocco (If I go by Jung's reported who saw it in tangiers). Now why should there be an exception for him when Players like Akram,Inzi,Waqar,Saeed are under going the same training ?

yeah right, as if it is the first time pakistan lost a series or the first time it lost to australia....
its the same captain who won so many matches and series for pakistan....
and i am confident he will lead pakistan up to the WC2003 and beyond....
moin khan - cant even find a place in the team, captaincy is far beyond
razzaq - too inexperienced to lead yet
wasim - court rued him out for captaincy under justice qayyum
inzi - he's too lazy for that, wont even be considered
saeed - i think he's gonna sit out for some matches now
yoyo - not even a thin chance
and no one else can even think of it besides these players....
