True ppl were just forgetting about him and he came back with dankay ke shot pay and I think the job he did he deserve this.
Waqar Younis, a great player!
He may not be a good as a bowler he used to be but he has certainly become a better player overall and personnally as well.
Him allowing Wasim to play shows a big heart, there was a time in 99 wc where waqar was only played in one match and that was against bangladesh.
He is certainly one of the best bowlers of all time and he has improved very much with his batting as well.
An ideal pakistani captain to have for the pakistani world cup.
he is very similiar to Imran Khan of 92, ver simply and calm, doesn't get panic in loosing situations.
waqar is not a great bowler anymore,,, although he does show some glimpses of his past at times.
his captaincy has been okay.
but he wont make it into my top 11.
Even though Waqar is not the bowler he used to be, He still is a threat esp on foreign soil. He is a great captain and will lead pakistani teams to many more victories. I hope PCB keeps showing its confidence in his captaincy.
