any way.. there is no such thing as Immigration in Saudi Arabia.
you need to find a job based on your specialty in Madina, then if that company sponsors you then surely you can come on job visa. but it depends on how long you have the contract with that company. If the company does not renew your contract,then either you find another company in Madina or you go back to your place.
On the other hand, now the govt of Saudi Arabia has allowed foreign investors to start their business in Saudi Arabia. But for that a lot and lot of capital is required... you can search for SAGIA or Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia for details.
if you belong to IT, then IT does not have much scope in Madina... There are many many hotels their, also many hospitals and a lot of contruction going around for the whole year. so these are three have some market.
