Wanting to go back to work in Pakistani hospitals after finishing training in British hospital... so

Assalamu alaikum!

I’m a Biomedical Engineer/Clinical Scientist by education and training (Master’s degree from London Univ. [Imperial]) and am about two start a two year training scheme in a British hospital in Clinical Science specialising in Nuclear Medicine/Radiotherapy.

After my training/experience/residency is over [call it what you will!] I want to go TO PAKISTAN to work there either in a good city hospital [Lahore/Islamabad preferably] or academia.

What are the best places for me to apply to/make inquiries about now?

Any helpful hints?
