You guys seem to have a lot of knowledge about designers and so I’m hoping someone can help me out.
I’m in love with this white Maria B outfit (I want it for my valima). However, I simply can’t afford to dish out the amount of money this thing would probably cost.
Does anyone know any reliable, good places in Karachi that will copy this design?
What I like the most is the sparklyness of this outfit. Does anyone know what type of kam this is? Like what is it called? Can anyone tell by looking at this pic what the material of the lengha and shirt is? I want this outfit to be copied as accurately as possible. Thanks!
^one of the GS users (silsila) had this outfit for her wedding i believe so she'll be able to help you with what kind of kaam, fabric was used on this outfit. good luck! :)
SozanKaar....I tried to respond to your pm but it would not send as I have to make 25 posts before it sends. I really would like to hear more....is there any other way we can get in touch?
Hi love its not white, its more of a ivory champagne colour, antique gold and silver kaam work with beads etc, most of the lengha is covered in the s/crystals, tooo heavy lol! Accent colour is a sea green velvet. hope that helps.
I have tried this outfit too......absolutely amazing..the fitting is one thing that usually cannot be copied with non designers though.
You do have options of making it in differnt colors...I have seen it in light pink too...but the champagne color is the best. I don't think its really really expensive at Maria B if I remember.
isnt it cheaper u buy the swarovski stones...here u can get the swarovski stones i think 100stones for 10 euro or so...and give them to the kaam wales ??

are the brackets also available for all sizes? they're sewn on, right? where would you buy them from?
candy apple dont do it yrself thats a very sincere advice. if u want i can helpout yr mum. ur mum goes to any simple aday wala considering she hasnt been in karachi for a while aik too he will tell her thsi that. Best cloths for bridals are always jamavar they are very rich yet elegant. she can buy teh cloth from hilal silk or from a good jamavar shop. but gain kaam ka masla. let her to go visit a designer who will be able to help her out in reasonables budget.
bohat dafa tehy show u something else as samples and make something else. all teh copies at gizri and kehkaashan normallu are very different from teh original that are put up. thats the reason why theres a different finished product
