Before anyone replies, I just want to remind you folks that there are three distinct issues in NYAhmadi's post
a) His "opinions" about how Pakistani Muslims view Jews.
b) Who is bigot and unintellgent ?
c) The "Mecca being barred for non-muslims" issue
Please continue talking about (a) in this thread, if there's a need. And since last few posts, I haven't seen much except re-hashing the same things. (b) 'll look better in a forum besides this one, but since both NYAhmadi and Achtung write a lot in this forum, I won't mind if you guys battle it out in a different thread. Though I think there's no need for that. (c) is completely different topic. Please don't write about that in this thread. Create a new one if you want.
This isn't about, 'hey, don't mess with moderation rules'. Rather it makes sense. For people who are connected on modems, it's a pain to download a thread 100-200 kbytes long, when most of the posts are not even relevant to the topic.
My request to all of you is to be on-topic. You are welcome to create as many new threads as you want (if they are about different issues)

In my opinion, all three points you mention from NY Ahmadi's thread are detracting from the subject of this post, that subject being the Jewish religion, not Pakistani's prejudices against Jews. That being said, here are a few comments about the three items:
a) I think everyone knows how I feel about how Pakistani Muslims view Jews. I don't believe in generalizing about any group (my thoughts are clear in my posts above and need not be repeated).
b) As you've mentioned, we don't have to get into this. People can make up their own minds.
c) If anybody wishes to have a discussion on a particular subject (i.e. the question of Mecca and non-Muslims) they should create a separate thread. If such a thread is created I will contribute my thoughts.

To the best of my understanding, there are three ethnic groupings amongst Jews:
1) Sophardic Jews who were expelled from Spain during the Spanish inquisition. Sophardic is the Hebrew term for the Spanish exiles.
2) Akshnazis whom are European (now Israeli Jews), which includes Russian Jews, Polish Jews and German Jews.
3) Misraheen whom are oriental or African Jews.
Although very much debated. Some believe all three groups originate from Israel. They were spread apart and exiled from Israel (by King David I believe). They are thought to be linked to these "ten lost tribes" who were exiled to Assyria. However, most theories are conjecture.
