its a volunteer position for now.
if our montization and commercialization efforts pay off and we have a sustainable income stream beyond our expneses, then we will embark on different things. including potentially giving a majority share of click through revenue to the writers, editors of the sections and potentially even the forum mods and forum admins.
that will be the ultimate goal
