I am almost free and one of my friend suggest me that if you make call centre even at small scale it will have good potential. He suggested that we can also even start it from one room from our home. Now I am planning to know the setup cost?
So basically, I want to know i want to know how can one setup a call center in pakistan and how much does it cost? Where to start? which type of dialer and setup you need?
Also, please tell me should we start trying to getting clients in Pakistan? Is there enough potential of client in this field in Pakistan.

Well, I also want to do almost the same you and and I am just a learner and had learned many thing while doing my same research.
Setting up a proper call center ofcourse will cost you a bit unless you want to do everything out of your house with few lines. You will need to get in touch with PTCL or one of their partners to either getting a dedicated international line or VoIP this way it won't cost you alot however it doesn't come cheap.

Setting up a call center with a few lines at your home is a formula for failure. Not recommended and I am yet to see a single example where this happened and the call center stayed in business for more than 2 years. Band width isn't the only thing you will need. There are 4 main elements for call center setup
1- Management
2- Agents
3- Technology infrastructure (includes dialers and bandwidth etc)
4- Clients
If you don't know anything about call center operations you cannot manage the floor on your own. As I said earlier check the feasibility report on Smeda website which has all the details for setting up a call center.
