im in karachi.... i thinking for some sitch and unsitch clothes but want other ideas too becoz in fbk there are many about these kind of business dont know people will like my things or not want to do something different from others and that has trend also

There are two streams of workload for you.

Finding Vendors/Suppliers
Finding Clients

One way to go about it is to find someone who already does the work (for example a shop) and you supply the same stuff via internet. Another process would be to establish your own process. (For dresses, prototype has explained the process in quite detail in another thread) In that case, you'll need to find multiple people to do the work for you.

Before going public, FB was a very good source of getting leads for your business, but not anymore so you'll need to see what venue you can explore for getting clients. GS, can be one of them but don't limit yourself to one portal. As they say, don't put all your eggs in one basket.
If possible do set up a website and route everyone to that through different platforms. That doesn't necessarily need to be an ecommerce site. Rather, you wont even need ecommerce if you'll be targetting Pakistani customers. (Since most of them won't know how to use that) You can set one up on wordpress. (Need any help with that, you can send a private message)

Now coming to your actual questions. If there is anything particular which interests you and you can be a part of the process, that's generally the best way to start. You are based in Karachi so the stuff made out of sea shells or those hand embroidery patches for neckline and sleeves etc. Crochet work, bed covers, bed sheets and obviously dresses.
