just yesterday i was at the police station to get police report for my stolen mobile and i told them i would like to work as a police woman 
This girl sitting there said, “oh it is good where you are. just stay there.” i said, “i need job satisfaction. if you loved your job, you would not care about anything else. i would love some authority as a police women.” and she was like… so happy to meet me but regretted they didnt accept applications from expats

If you are referring to pkaistan army then yes you can join pakistani forces as pschologist-You will work in the ISSb certnre primarily ( recruitment centre) and both male/female can apply- wait for the announcment in newspapers, or call nearest army/navy/airforce recruitment centre
