for professional studies you need to work hard, once i heard an interview by sahab mushtaq a gold medalist in chartered accountancy and she said that she used to switch off her mobile for at least three months before her exams
but i think switching off ure mobile is one thing , and concentration is another ,
i never stopped attending calls or so, but i used to wake up at 9 am, use to study from 11 am to 5 am next morning , after fajar namaz , that was only during exams, then go off to sleep and wake up again at 9 or 10 am
normally i just used to go through once watever the teacher taught us ,
its not difficult but too lenghty

^iraj i was having pretty much the same schedule like yours when i was doing engineering....
i was studying on daily basis...spend whole day in univ from 7am to 7 pm....n was studying 18hours a day during exam....it was tough!
now i am planning to do MS or m.phil.....coz i think its the best time....i dont know i would be able to do with an infant or not...so was wondering how was others experience...its going to be very tought i know but isnt impossible(i think)
