Supermodels and water therapy? I know a few other things supermodels do to stay thin and nobody should try those out.

A word of caution:

Tea is not important...If you do decide to use tea, know that tea is a pretty good diuretic...

So make sure long drives are planned ahead...

All tht helps in loosing weigt.

But a little exercise will just boost the chances of reducing weight.

Since when am I telling you to tie yourself to a supermodel…If she does something which falls inside your category of what is allowed, why not just follow that?

Doesn’t mean you jump in the river because a supermodel does…:smiley:

Addi: Exercising on little food is not good…Remember, you are replacing a lot of food with just water…Water doesn’t provide enough nutrients…

wen did i say tht do not eat or eat little. I m totally against it.

People shud eat normally as they do. Just avoid overeating. Also avoid eating n directly going to sleep. Shud eat 4hrs b4 sleeping.

Do not skip any of the 3 meals. Eat healthy.

Stop eating junk foods, carbonated drinks, lots of chocolates.

But exersice regularly. Never overdo anything.

but this means you have to rush to the bathroom like 5 times in an hour after drinking so much water..Hawww!
