Salam,
Any of you use Roomba in homes or apt that have wall to wall carpeting. How do you find it ? Also how is the roomba in removing hair and threads from the carpet?

Is it that iRobot vaccum cleaner that goes around on its own?? I don't know anyone who owns one really, so not sure what they are like. I have heard they are only good for small spaces, ie apartments. You can search for reviews which can be helpful.

I have had a roomba for about 3 years and love it. I love it more than ever now that I am married and living in a home with all carpet- save the kitchen. It handles my rugs well and is the best at picking up my long hairs that always end up everywhere.

It is great gadget if you are overwhelmed with houhold chores , like when I was when my wife got very sick and could not do anything around house. One drawback , it does not clean around the edges of the room. You have to do it with your traditional vacum cleaner , but that is less work then doing the whole house that way , plus you have to clean edges of the room once a month maybe .
The best thing is just turn it one and go do something else when it is done it will go back to its charging station like a wafadar mulazim.
