i am drooling over hajra hayat’s new collection and this particular piece .. love the dark light combo and perfect for a valima - reception .. if my in laws ask .. this is what i tell them .. btw this one is priced 1.2 lacs
I think in general white is the new black, the best outfits these days are coming out in beautiful white dresses. With it being white I think that it will be white that fades into deep reds or emerald bold jewel tones towards the bottom, or golds that do the same thing. I also think we will see more soft sherbet orange and sea green. Light coral as well or blush pink.
nopes but I have seen a lot of my gujurati friends wear beautiful white lenghas and saris that fade into red, I can go looking for those pics when i get home. also again i’m really pushing blush pinks, corals and sea green here are some more pics of that color
If i get to have a say in it i ll want to wear a pastel shade, with a little hint of a deeper shade here and there. like off white with purple. or beige with bottle green. but my MIL will be choosing the dress probably.
-mint green + peach is super in right now
-last year it was deep purple with white/cream. I'm seeing that this year too, and it looks pretty too!
-it really depends on what you like - don't go with colors that are in - just my advice :)
peacock colors are usually jewel toned blues, purples and turquosies
i love the idea of mints and corals with off white. i think it would look really elegant.
if you are looking for something with more of a pop of color i'd go for a baingan purple with off white. it would make more of a statement because of the intensity of the color.
im going with a deep purple for my walima day, it looks elegant and makes the bride look vibrant
Deep purple sounds beautiful! I did deep purple for my engagement and people told me I should have worn a lighter color but I liked it.
My MIL made my valima outfit, I havn't seen it yet but I'm told its watermelon pink and gray...I'm excited/nervous!
