well i think since by the time of the walima, the bride and groom are together, it should be a couple-ish song...both of the above songs are nice..
depends on ur taste, like do u like newer songs or like old songs, like from the 90s or 70s.

i had a tough time deciding my entrance song too.. on my wedding i went for nacho sotomayor buddha bar but i also very much liked carribean blue by enya im not realy into hindi movie songs cuz wid time they get old and start to look funny in the videos.. so i go for light spiritual or instrumental .. my rukhsati was punjab by karunesh.. u shud hav a look into them if u like :)

oh incase u r into hindi songs then i rememba my wedding video has a few songs one was maula mere frm anwar and frm chandni chowk to china called tere naina its a lovely song maybe ud like tat:)

We had 'Falak tak chal saath mere' from Tashan on our walima. My husband really likes the song and he chose it.
On the wedding, i had 'Teri Ore' and i think it suited the moment perfectly.
Another option i've seen for walima songs is 'Mubarak ho tumko yeh shaadi tumhari' from Haan maine bi pyar kiya hai.

awww...thats cute! :). my hubby likes that song too and does this silly hand gesture and dance with it :P.
we used pehli nazar mein (by atif aslam) at our nikkah/engagement , the instrumental of jashne bahar at our wedding and ali khan's saathiya at the valima. we used teri ore for our wedding slideshow and meri makna, meri soniye from baghban on our wedding website!
