Now the panel consists of 8 judges hearing the new petitions against Musharraf’s right to seek re-election. Of the 8 judges, 4 of them voted on Musharraf 's side last Friday to dismiss the previous petitions. None of the three judges who voted in favour of the previous petitions has been included on this bench, or opted to stay on it.
