^^ I guess server ko khansi lag jati hai agar jaldi jaldi post karo to :D

so wait kar lo they are syncing the DB I guess so to check the reliability of server they may have done this.

This is to discourage spammers or bots to post multiple postings in a smaller period of time.

dont u confuse me now

the limit is 30 seconds..if its reduced to 5 seconds tht means its reduced by 6 times..so u multiply the post count by 6 :@:
