Waiters holding umbrellas

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

The furor over this picture is quite silly. For one, as said above, this is an effort made by the restaurant. Im sure the attendants got tipped well if this went on for the duration of the dinner. And two, this is just a picture, not a video. Its equally possible that it started raining suddenly, and these guys jumped in to perhaps escort this family indoors.

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

Why do we forget it doesn't matter what place it is....If a restaurant even on mars starts offering stomping on waiters is that really OK to do so? Who cares who is doing what? what about our own aqal....And Spain is on another level of 'Jahil' anyway, but Pakistan takes the cake on Jahalat in treating others/minorities. So yes go right ahead, naa bajli, naa pani, but 5 star restaurant service is required LOLs

oh and ....what else are those waiters willing to massage? And did you get a massage Senor ;)

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

What is bajli ;)

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

Its a non-issue for waiters who are holding umbrella. They work there, they get paid and its a part of their job. Simple. But personally, I couldn't eat with someone hovering over my head

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

Pakistan is definitely the worst of the worst. Let's nuke it?

And mam, you don't need to be an activist always and in everything. Really you don't.

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

This emotional pathetic Indian movie meltdowns are getting really old!!! boo hoo

No one is wishing any violence on anyone, or even Pakistan. The violence Pakistani minorities suffer each and everyday from their own people, no need to look anywhere else.

I speak from the heart and quiet frankly instead of arguing with me straighten your own selves out before the big bad dajjal comes for ya’ll

But before all that goes down @Southie is gonna get you for mam :hehe:

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

How did I miss that?

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

Don’t be gettin’ sloppy now points-finger

Get get …:clown:

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

Sure Ma'am

Had to Google for spelling

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

No it wasn’t an emotional Indian movie typish line.

I always find it very irritating when people talk about how the people from their background are the worst of the worst in something evil.

I know you are not wishing violence to anyone. And I also don’t deny the fact that minorities don’t have the best position in Pakistan. But to call us the worst of all is too much.

Sometimes one should speak from the brain instead of the heart. Because the heart soeaks nonsense at times.

And did I misspell mam?

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

it has nothing to do with Jahalat. If you find a restaurant holding umbrellas for their clients as jahalat then what about having the waiters wait on a table. taking orders, serving food, cleaning up after you? what about the chef in the kitchen preparing food for you even in hot temperatures? is it all Jahalat then? and all the people having meals at the restaurants are obnoxious, mean people?

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

so this means that Pakistanis have no right to enjoy their lives and should just keep mourning over the things like bijli and pani.

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

I don’t know. Ask your brain perhaps :hoonh:

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

lol, ok you got me there :hehe:

Re: Waiters holding umbrellas

It probably started raining when people were already eating. The waiting staff might have briefly held up umbrellas as a courtesy while the diners boxed up their leftovers. Because insisting on eating al fresco when it’s raining doesn’t make sense. People can always go to some other place or get a takeout if they’re craving food from a particular restaurant.
