Just out of curiosity, what part of Lahore?
Near mall Road. I only know because other ppl from extended family live nearby so they created a huge fuss over the decision that jeopardised their security. (and this happened a couple of years ago so they could have stopped renting out by now)

Perhaps it was the closest one to the incident. I doubt it you would have been promoting it had it been Shaukat Khanum.

Threat warning or no warning at all...doesn't it make sense having security +walkthrough gates+what not at all times at this border. I bet Pace, hyperstar, MOL has more security then wahga border.
This reminds me of RA Bazar blast in Lahore cantt. suicide bomber kept waiting outside the mosque across the street right next to a shop,when saw enough namazis gathered for jumma prayer he stood up walked to the door of the mosque and kaboom.
As usual after the loose we will be implementing new security measures.
Time for operation in Punjab. Bring all the dollars euros in the world to Pakistan in the name of investment. ..Nothing will pay back unless this menace of terrorism is eradicated. Millions and millions spent on convincing the investors and these animals spent few hundred thousands $$ to rinse it all down the drain.
How come I was never able to enter Lahore from motorway with out being searched car and personal(I live not more then 10 min drive from thokar exit/entry of M2) talashi, and these guys were able to make it all the to the other end of the city?
PS: Punjab was suppose to make response team or counter terrorism force...whatever happen to that? No money after feeding neefa powdri rapid jahaz service in pindi?

and time has arrived for freakin Shahbaz sharif and his team to come clean on terrorism issue...we need a full fledged operation against every suspicious mdrassah and religious party in punjab.. enough of this hypocritical attitude of PMLN. PMLN has always shown a soft corner towards taliban
and time has also arrived for PTI to stand up on this issue as well..Khan and PTI shd stop their soft tone on taliban and promoting negotiations ....and PTI shd not hesitate to act against Fazul rehman gang and his madrassah or any other religious party in KPK.

As per news on pakistani FM radio channels...bomber was able to pass four check posts before blowing himself up. Same check posts that were setup in response to intelligence reports.
