I am following all the directions but I cant make em right. I am using a small iron and i lost directions but come on its not rocket science.

Did you spray the iron with cooking spray such as PAM, also wait until the iron is hot before you pour the batter.

I figured otu wat was wrong with it.
It was cuz all the mixture settled down while i was here chatting and then when i went back the top was all watery and thats why they were coming out all weird. So the last few turned out very good! NExt time i will just add a bit more mixture
