^in the middle overs?lol..in the middle overs he would have knocked over one or 2 more and sa could ve been all out for 150 or 160.what was the point in bringing him in the last over when runs were going to be scored and taking a wicket was not important.and why did your most economical spinner bowled only 8,hafeez

here he was going with traditional thinking.... when we used to have the 2 Ws...they would come on in the end....not in the middle overs...
but younus was over ambitious as Gul is nowhere near the bowler of that calibre...
but they are grooming him to be a good quickee...

yeah imran khan showing his never ending love for sami...guy was going for 6 runs an over in test matches and was all over the place.he would have bowled like arafat here and gone for runs too

at least arafat got a wicket. I am quite sure Imran hasnt had time to follow sami’s career like us. He spots mr ‘inredible talent’ without realizing what garbage he serves up in every match he plays.

he took 3 wickets and bowled only 8.sa was 5 down and in trouble .he should ve been brought on after the 30th over when there was a partnership building.younis khan is not as smart as i thought he was

At least one of two W’s used to bowl two three overs in middle innings to make things happen.

Gul bowled 5 overs in his first spell, and was brought into the attack when Kemp and Boucher were new at the crease. Gul bowled 2 overs to them but they looked at ease against him and Gul wasn't at his best. Maybe lost his energy a bit and ball wasn't swinging around as much by then.
Youni's captaincy was fine. He tried both Rao, and Gul at Kemp and Boucher. You have to give credit where its due, Kemp and Boucher played extremely well, and also conditions got a lot better later as well. And not to forget, Arafat's poor bowling didn't exactly help either, and Razzaq was very medicore even though conditions were good for his kind of bowling.
