Re: Voting allowed in Islam

Is voting haraam ??? >>>>click here<<<<<<
Part 2 >>>
As Muslims it would be haraam for us to vote for and elect politicians who are kaafir and implement a system other than Islam. The politicians rule by what they feel is right, so even if they feel it is right to provide us with a masjid, they can also feel it is right to wage war on a Muslim country, killing our innocent brothers and sisters.
It is true that as Muslims living in a non-Islamic society, we face many challenges regarding our rights and means to worship Allah (SWT). We are fortunate in that we have places of worship, halaal food shops and the ability to wear hijaab in some places. However, there are many Islamic practises we cannot achieve, and to entertain the thought that the West will secure us these rights will be a mistake.
We cannot participate in the political systems of the kaafir, as they contradict our most fundamental beliefs; that Allah (SWT) is the only on worthy of our obedience and that Islam is the correct way of life to live by. However, this does not mean that as Muslims we cannot be politically active or have a political voice. Our political activities should be in accordance with the Shariah and our political voice should be that of Islam. As Muslims living in the West, we have many opportunities to engage in many activities.
We have the Islamic ideology as an alternative to the corrupt Western systems, and we have a responsibility to bring forward the system of Allah (SWT) as a challenge to the system of man. We should also remember that we are a part of a global Ummah and that their needs are also our concern. We should highlight their situstion and expose the Capitalist system as the cause of their misery. We should never underestimate our talents and use the vast skills of the Muslim Ummah to achieve our political objectives in the Islamic world and the West. We have many Muslim professionals in finance, law, medicine, education, journalism and computing, to name a few. These skills provide powerful vehicles to understand, promote and carry the Islamic ideology to the Western professionals as well as skills for the future Islamic State. Allah (SWT) tells us in the Qura’n, the importance of standing firm to His (SWT) Deen:
And those who break the covenant of Allah after ratifying it , and sever that which Allah hath commanded should be joined , and make mischief in the earth : theirs is the curse and theirs the ill abode . (Holy Qur’an 13:25)
“And assist one another in acts of righteousness and piety and do not assist one another in act of transgression and sin.” (Holy Qur’an 5:2)
“I do not wish to be an aid to the wrong-doers.” (Holy Qur’an 28:17).
