I was pretty excited to see that Vonage has added Pakistan to its unlimited calling plan. However, the Vonage reviews I see on the internet are terrible.
Anyone with personal experience to share? Good or bad.

been using Vonage since 2004 - haven't looked back since.
the call quality is good & the service is reliable - you might have to tweak your network configuration on your router at home to optimize the quality of your calls.
thanks for the news about free calling to Pakistan - I didn't know.

I have been Vonage customer since 2005. I have tried their International unlimited plan and it is great. I used it to call UK (landline) once or twice a week and the call quality was superb. Domestic calls are great too.
You do need high speed internet and during power outage you will not have your phone but thats what cells are for. I am also satisfied with their customer service as they are polite and courteous.
I don’t know about their term agreement as I do not have one with them but it may be because I am a long time customer. One thing worth mentioning is the taxes. Their miscellaneous fees and taxes are total of 8 to 10 dollars and if your plan is $25 per month then you actually end up paying $35.
