If a person cannot help vomiting then some of the vomit goes back into his stomach unintentionally, that does not invalidate his fast

The one who cannot help vomiting does not have to make up the fast

bro, if a sick person fasts then it is not going against the Qur’an because the Qur’an does not say that the sick person SHOULD NOT fast. The Qur’an says it is permissible for sick people to not to fast. It did not make it obligatory. Allahu A’lam
