well, my family in pakistan is going to take food and blankets to Kashmir, i will let u know how they do it and what are the hurdles..

If you dont have a team that you could be a part of in your neighborhood already, I would reccomend that you go to the CMH, or the nearest military HQ or any armed forces' selection centre; all these places have relief camps, you can help out a lot there.
