VOIP is so new not too many ppl knows about it. Its not like placing a call over the internet. They use dedicated network + high end codec whole 9 yards. Voice quality is so good as if you are talking next door. Trust you need to do more research before you make comments like that.
Companies like Vonage + Vonics + Voice wing etc they are not stupid to invest millions of dollar for worth less service. Free chat and voice services can’t complete aginst proper VOIP providers

Was saying for my situation…not worth the extra expense..
