Sept-99 through March-2000 for Sharjah COKE Trophy (Oct-Nov) and for AUSTRALIA three Tests & Triangular--> Pakistan, India & Aussies.
Was on deputation from my Bank...came back to the Bank in March-2000 when I was urgently called back by the Bank's Management for some high assignment.
I will also try and include IMRAN KHAN's voice message on PAK CRICKET only..

I have received a few pms on my bowing out of MY own thread....here!
I value the thoughts expressed and do feel its time that I make a few things clear...
1. I never hold grudges against anyone!
2. I never profess an argument which has no basis!
3. My seniority as well as very rich experiences, give me cogent reasons to check out anyone who dithers...
Finally, I apologise to anyone (except the last submission above...which I replied in RED...) who may have miscontrued my thoughts in any other form...I am wise enough to accept my mistakes..if any...and I am grateful to some who have sent their submissions to me...
I will continue this thread...and from Sunday, you'll receive voice messages of some Pak-Cric greats including the authors and sports journalists...who have achieved a certain stage...in their profession..and that includes QAMAR AHMED based in London.
Our first voice message comes from IMRAN KHAN followed by WASIM AKRAM, MOIN KHAN, JAVED MIANDAD and Wasim Bari.....and so forth on.

Uncle, a request - can you please let him talk about whatever he wants. I don't think it's fair to limit him to cricket-talk only .. he's a lot more than just a cricketer. And we are a lot more than just cricket fans. So it's only fair. Thanks.

Since this thread is beyond Unkil's big ego now and is going somewhere, I would make a suggestion. Why don't we all call up Shoaib Malik and tell him how big a shmuck he is and how many jootays he deserves for his attempts to ruin Pakistan cricket's future. Deal?

***FRIEND…I have been traveling and traveling…BUT still I have acquired SHAHID AFRIDI and WASIM AKRAM’s voice messages and would get Javed Miandad’s too when I return to Karachi on Friday.
