Burger is so old term in Pakistani media. even there was a drama serial ‘Burger family’ telecasted in early 90s from PTV

BTW, ‘Patwari’ was known to people due to a naughty song by Madam Noorjehan, but thanks to PML(N) govt, now its a household term.
