That cream can’t cause cancer, all it does is destroy all the pigment in the skin so the melanin that protects u from the sun is no longer there therefore ur skin is super sensitive and u can no longer tan - only burn. If the person uses a total sunblock they should be ok, if they’re exposed to the sun without protection tho they’re at increased risk of the disease (like v.fair-skinned red haired ppl who often can’t tan either). The cream doesn’t simply lighten a person’s tone, it removes all pigment, making their skin look like that of an albino.
