what vitamin e exactly does to skin???

i know a girl who directly massages the vitamin e capsule to her face and i m noticing a good difference on her skin…

should i use it like she is using???or it will harm ???

I posted the same topic, I use vitamin e oil from the body shop i dont know what it does appart from moisturizing...or maybe body shop one is synthetic?!?! I really wana knw what vitamin e oil does, will be gladly use if it brightens the skin tone lol

Vitamin E is very important for the skin and the body as a whole.

Also, I use a Panthenol based cream/lotion myself and its proved very beneficial. It was actually advised by my sister!

i have seen my mom use vit E and it does work but m not sure it does wut actually lol

Put simply it prevents the breakdown of cells in your skin so slows down the ageing process supposedly and helps renew the skin with new cells so can work on scarring, it's not been proven in humans but people have seen it work for them.

If you can get the pure stuff like in the capsules that's probably best, creams and lotions tend to have other stuff mixed into them!

Body shop do vitamin E capsules for the face? I'm not sure what it does though

Body shop has Vitamin E oil comes in a 15ml bottle.
