I was badly vitD defficient. I take 30 microgram vit d everyday, and get myself tested every 3 months to see if the level is ok. I didnt see any signs of depression but i definitely was very tired all the time and my body ached.

all the asian ladies i know were vit D deficent when tested during their pregnancies, so i was, i took vit D tablets and had to give to my son too for 6 months after he was born…
