Best source of vitamin D is sun, but at the same time I hear how we should wear sun screen all the time otherwise sun can do so much damage to your skin. If I apply sunscreen, my body can’t absorb vitamin D. So where do you draw the line? I am confused

no one knows?????
Re: vitamin d deficiency and sun damage
Well are you scared of germs as well? bugs? babies? animals? the polluted air/water etc? It can all make you sick to some degree and the more you "protect" yourself the more you ruin your immune system.
I eat anything I want wether it be a big mac or a salad. I couldn't care less because even if I eat junk food I also eat healthy food during the day and exercise. same goes with the sun I'm not out all day I don't wear sun screen when I'm out and I could care less.
Re: vitamin d deficiency and sun damage
no dont wear the sun screen all the time ... specially if you are living in a country that rarely gets any sunlight .. getting exposure to sunlight for about 30 minutes every day is just about enough for you to top up on your Vit D ...
