a friend of mine use this avon vit c serum every night and tells me how her skin glows, wat i do is i brought vit c gel caplets and i stick a needle in it and squeez out the serum and use it, it doesn't work right away, it works but takes time,,:)

hey ...The Body Shop have vit C capsules... really good... do also try the scrub with micro fibre corns... :)

2 days started them at nite, so you use it? i bought vit c face polish too fr every day cleansing, rather then the scrub u mentioned...that was fr twice a week usage, and this polish is fr every day. if u use it any change u notice?

You need a high strength dose of vitamin c to get proper results and fast like Dr Sebagh or Philosophy. Also the vit c should be pure stabilised vit c which brands bught from high street chemists usually are not.

So u mean body shop is not upto this standard...? wat is Dr sebagh? its brand name or wat?
