I will be visiting Prague, Vienna and Berlin in July 2016 with my family. I have planned 2 days each in these cities. Any ideas, how should i plan my each day, i.e. what to see and where to visit during each of the two days in Prague, Vienna and Berlin?

I've been to Vienna and Berlin. For Berlin make it 3 days if you are coming from outside EU.
I've replied to your comment in the other thread on Vienna.
For Berlin, you can spend almost entire day in Museum Island if you are in to history. There are lots of WWII places scattered all over Berlin. Try to get a local map from tourism office and use it to see them all.
Consider spending a day in Potsdam, it will be good place to visit in July. It is just outside Berlin but reachable by train. You can get a 3 day Berlin card and it will include unlimited travel + a trip to Potsdam.
The parliament house building in Berlin is free to visit. They have a website, just register yourself there and pick a time slot to visit.
Take your woman folks to KaDeWe, yes expensive but they can find all designer items there. You will see the lines of Chinese buying expensive items in bulk :D
Note: I think early July is sales period in Berlin so some good shopping can be done with careful planning.
In Berlin you can get the most authentic (or close to authentic) Donner Kebabs. They are all over the city, good portions plus great price.
