Soon I will be visiting Pakistan after a long time and I know that it has changed a lot but I would like your views on what did you think about Pakistan and upon arriving in pakistan did it meet your expectation.
bro i went back to azad kashmir and pak after a 8 year gap in 02' and i was very disappointed with the ppl, the halaat, the waqiyaaat that occured etc but it's the pak watan that matters man, nothing like the home soil. upon landing bro' do a sajda to the pure mitti of pakistan and kiss ther pure land and try to have a good time, if u keep worrying about what to expect and what not 2 then it's pointless going for a chiller, nowatmesayin

Also I would be visiting Azad KAshmir and Pakistan after 7 years gap, the last I went to Pakistan was in 97.
From your message I could see that Pakistan has not changed that much it is still the same. So do you think that I should not chill in pakistan??
p.s I am planning to go next June. Fill me on your report when you get back.
azad kashmir did i hear u say :D i'm from mirpur azad kashmir bhai but bhai don't repy on what i'm saying i told you my experience yours' could turn out to be better then mine, but yeah do enjoy yourself warna pointless taking a break.
also it'll be scorthing in june, i found it difficult getting out of the house during the day when i went back in summer hols' but even at night it was so humid, unless u can take heat well i wouldn't recommend travelling during pakistani summer.

I nkow that it would be hot in June but it is the only time when I will have long holidays.

By the ways are you from the city Mirpur, I am from Dadyal (30 min away from dadyal city.)
yeah i know more hols' i understand ur viewpoint, yes bhai i'm from mirpur shehar, i've heard of dadyaal been der once when i was 8/9.
hey in 2001 i went to Rawlakot with my couzin and i spent 3days was pretty good. my cousin used to work in CMH there now he has moved from there

jana ha jao, naheen jana na jao....itni investigation kyon kar raho apnay country kay baray may.....
i moved from Pakistan in 7 years ago, and i visit every year.
i find it changed every year i go there, mostly lahore though.
so it all depends where you go in pak, you will see only major changes in intercity road network, new infrastrcuture in major cities , Lahore, Islamabad, etc.
may be more phone lines in remote areas, aprt from that they are same.
more international and new pakistani banks, improved quality of service from them.
overall people are same, they will much longer to change themselves or their family setup.
Few disappointment and shocks than u gonna be ok
