Men should definitely abstain from applying for visit visa cuz they r being denied absolutely,for females they r considfering at least calling for an interview but even then u have to have a solid enough reason to be asking for visa.Thingsare a at a better end for married people with kids...i guess thats thesynopsis i could give u unless u specify something specific.

if the person is young, single, male and never been to US before, they can forget about the visit visa.
