prepaid Visa cards are just like a regular Visa card. so, yeah, you can use it across the world where Visa is accepted.
but, why would you use a prepaid card because it costs more and the maximum limit is usually $100…you have to buy several cards in $100 denominations.
there are banks whose Debit Cards can be used as Visa Cards as well…the money comes out from your Bank account directly. you have to have funds in your account available to use this card. i think this is a better option…second only to regular Visa cards.
