can you be more specific? Employment letter confirming that the applicant IS an employee of this certain company and it's a work related visit OR a letter OFFERING an employment on arrival? and for which country?

hmm I take you are in UK?
Anyway, the letter should confirm your employment in company and should also mention if it's a permanent role or contract and for how long you have been working for them. (the duration of employment bit is not necessary but it helps). With this letter you will also need your payslips from same employer and P46, to confirm that you have sufficient resources to support your hubby in UK.

What would a good letter include?
Here is what it MUST include..
Letter should be typed on company letterhead.
Letter must be dated.
Letter must be signed and that person's title must be listed.
Letter must include the dates employed.
Letter must have wage/hour translated in salary/year.

when people like you start manipulating the system, it makes it harder for those who have everything legal and would want to be with their loved ones ASAP.
