I would go to control panel > users and create a new user account (make sure you provide it administraor rights when you create it).
Log on as new user
Run an anti-virus scan
(make sure you update your av program first)

if you don’t have an anti-virus program then download avg free or ms security essentials

once the virus is removed thne you can start using your normal profile and even delete the temp one you created for the purpose of removing the virus.

i created a new account and did the anti-virus scan on it. but then when i logged back onto my own account the virus was still there, so i just continued using the new account for the past couple days. but then today when i randomly logged back onto my own account the virus was gone! so i guess your trick worked thank you!!

and thanks everyone else too for your help!! i was gonna download malware today, but when i logged on the virus was already gone.
