Perform a Quick Scan, will only takes 1-2 mins, when the scan finishes, press show results, Select all and Press remove selected. A system reboot may be needed to finish.
After the reboot, download Hijackthis from:
TrendSecure | Download TrendMicro HijackThis
Do a system scan, and copy/paste the log file here.
The Anti Virus Software came with your laptop will be a 60 days trial, Try to get a full version of it (you have to pay for that) or else get a free anti virus like Avira Personal from:

P.S: Remove your existing Anti Virus Software before installing the new one.

i tired the first step but it only takes me to the scaning part but doesnt show "press show result" option
but it did let me do a system reboot.
i am still kinda confused.......... as i dont know much about computers :(

I think Rayan gave you great advice BH.
I would also add one other software,
Ad-Aware by Lavasoft.
This found and removed some viruses that AVG couldn't. I have both AVG and Lavasoft and I supplement them both with constant updates and frequent online virus scanners from Kasperskys Lab.

This is free so you are responsible for ensuring that it is updated regularly. the plus version does that for you.
Try the malware removal tool first and after that try lavasoft. I just remembered that I had a similar virus to yours and this removed it.

Dont worry..its not you. We all have this problem. You can download a song or a picture from a friend and not realize that it has a virus.
Just arm yourself with good anti virus programs and keep scanning regularly.
