By reading first and last ten (10) verses from Chapter 18, protection will be provided from Dajjal. I’ll appreciate if virtues (further explanation) of these verses or related information is shared here for our beneficial. 
Re: Virtue of First and Last 10 Verses

If you read the recommended verses carefully, you will know the answer. Here is what I have understood:
Summary Notes of initial and last verses:
first three verses contain an opening statement about the message of Islam i.e., The messenger (pbuh) and the book are from Allah and that the message contains warning of severe punishment as well as glad tidings. Glad tidings of reward are for the ones who believe and do good deeds
Now from verse 4 - 5, it talks about those who say **"Allah has taken unto Himself a son**". for such people, there is warning for chastisement. Attributing a son Allah is a grievous sin and a lie
Now take a look at the verses at the end of the Surah:
again talking about those disbelievers who take His servants (messengers) as their protector instead of Allah. please consider the verse 101 i.e.,
"Whose eyes were under a veil, (not heeding) my reminder ...." and verse 104-105 i.e.,** "greatest losers **wrt to their works are those whose labor is all lost in pursuit of the life of this world ...". please refer to the hadith of dajjal being one-eyed in context to these verses.
the last verse, "say, I am but a man like yourselves and your God is only one God. So whoever is hoping (for the) meeting (with) his Lord, let him do deeds righteous and not associate in (the) worship (of) his Lord anyone."
Gist of All this:
These verses are recommended against dajjal for a reason. We must understand the pointers in these verses
1) Severe warning to those who a) attribute a son to Allah, b) seek protection from servants of Allah instead of invoking His help c) do shirk i.e, associate someone else in worship of Allah.
2) total concentration on worldly gains and having veil on the eye wrt to the message of Allah
In light of this discussion, I believe Dajjal refers to the Christian group with worldly gains and thinking that they are doing good works but they have turned a blind eye towards the true message of Allah
