Namaan , is saying in other words that you are a crack head.
Now back to your original question. I do not know of any existing hack other than rolling back the date when you want to use this software and the rolling it up when you want to update windows xp.
In similar situation I installed the expired software on another machine where I did not care about the xp updates and system date.
I have a software whose lisc. is expired. The only way I can run it is if I roll back windows time clock.
But when I do that, my window XP fails to validate my windows legitimacy during update install
I have XP
my question is ...
can I install VM and run that software with in that enviornment .. can I roll back time with in VM
I dont have any experience with VM .. so please help
I am no genius but isn't virtual machine "virtual"??
it depends on your xp for making all system level calls. So what time xp knows that is the time for your virtual machine.
Unless they have been keeping record in vm for how many days you have been using it for.
That case install vm again -- or install xp again.
Too much work right??
hehehe
start using linux:)
I did that myself .. VM eviornment runs pretty much like another machine .. so one can change the date with in it.
Its just that my VM is running little slow. I allocated 700 MB of memory to it. My computer has only 1 gig so I left 300 mb for , just in case I have to run something on main system alongside with VM
