what surah noor talks about is ppl who r adulterators....
who r in this practice and an institution as sacred as marriage wud also not prevent them from such an act....
but if one has sinned, and repents, then Allah forgives his/her sins and nothing wrong with marryign a person who has repented from the previous sins....
