Nami a lot of these guys aren’t doing it with Pakistani girls. Often it’s some Hindu girl from school or someone of another ethnicity. Or a prostitute as is often the case in Pakistan.
Im sure premarital sex happens in Pakistan but families are usually so overprotective of girls that it’s hard. Things are changing though. Sometimes girls skip class and get around that way but again it’s not a majority of girls.

I’m a guy and I’ve met many shareef guys and yes I can tell you most were virgins, some guys do have what it takes to be in-control of themselves.
