195 at MCG on day 1, Waao whatcan i say, i have always liked the guy even some indian guppies at the KK talked about his lack of footwork and bad technique but i always mentioned that after some maturity this guy will be an explosive player(his style of play has always remind of Gibbs. who to me is the second best stroke maker after lara) .
It was my Gut feeling that he was going to do well in Australia (Even in presence of Mcgrath)coz players of his style of play have succedded in Aus, even the players who were talked about coz of their questionable technique like Jayasauria, Grame Hick, Nick Night, Kaluwitherna.
I am really looking forward for him to bat against pakistani’s on dead pakistani wickets.
watch out pakistan.
BTW his statement at BBc that he felt more confident after being hit at halmet, i think it was just a typical from an Indian :Dafter little success.
Sehwag is one of my favourite players and the guy is awsome when he is on song. His inning last night must have been a treat to watch. Gilchrist must be feeling really sick for having missed an easy chance to run him out early on. But then that is what cricket is all about. You take yor chances and make the opposition pay for their mistakes.
Why do I still hate Sehwag, even after he scores 195 runs ? That's because he has the ability to do much more, if he only changes his temperament. Here he is on 195, having just hit a SIX... but no that's now enough for Mr. Sehwag, he needs to hit another SIX to get to his 200.... and guess what, he gets out for the umpteenth time going for the maximum.....
It has been a feature of his batting always... I agree he has better technique and more shots than most tulleybaajs... but that only makes it more painful... ..

The third umpire must have been drunk or high to give him not out on the stumping when he was on 36!

It was not conclusive. I can understand main umpiore doing mistakes. But its unheard of that 3rd umpire will do mistake.Rule is simple if its not conclusive..,benefit of doubt goes to batsman.
