Virat Kohli

Its a game not a war… He is really true cricketer who appreciate cricket irrespective of country… I saw him when he cried… and then he grew and transformed into world’s best batsman…

I want to share a video… for most of us… it is war game between two countries… but it is not…

Indian captain showed it several time on and off … that he is true fan of good cricket… even though his team defeated by Pak… but he responded in very gentle and kind manner…

He was the one who hugged Muhammed Amir… when our own cricketer like Ramiz Raja … were not in favor of his returning… He gave him his bat and gave a nice path to run…

Re: Virat Kohli

^^^ Very well put and 100% agree.

Re: Virat Kohli

Virat is a champ ! He is passionate about his game, passionate to win but at same time does not resort to foul language (not sure about on-field whether it exists or not).

Re: Virat Kohli

^ Kohli sledges only against the Aussies. In fact this tournament was not marred by sledging thanks to the early departure of the Aussies. I heard Ben Stokes was involved in some sledging.

Re: Virat Kohli

Due to Kumble’s resignation Kohli seems to be quite unpopular in India at the moment. A lot of Indians are blaming him for the resignation.

Re: Virat Kohli

Yes. Looks like some players didn’t like Kumble style- too strict. Would be interesting to find out what went down

Re: Virat Kohli

Kohli has turned out to be a fierce competitor who hates losing (right attitude) but pretty graceful upon losing…he is one of the best player cricket has ever produced, so he values talent. look at his gesture towards mohd aamir.

Re: Virat Kohli

^ Mohammad Amir is just another bowler
